After hearing the so called benefits of this device from the promotional ads on TV, I decided to try it out with the hope that it will make my stove gas clean and long lasting. I quickly placed an order for it. To my greatest surprise, when it arrived, I was was disappointed at the outcome. It did not fit properly even after providing the correct model number of my stove and confirming that it matches my burner configuration. I noticed that there is still a 1” gap around my burners and liquids penetrates my electric stove through the hole. Another annoying thing I observed was that the materials used in making stove protector is very inferior; It even damaged my electric gas.
I tried reaching out to the customer service to express my disappointment and possibly get a refund but there has not been any response from them till this moment. I wish I never spent my hard earned money on this deceit of a product.
