My experience using Spyfocus
On purchasing this camera, I unboxed it quickly with high hopes. However, to my greatest surprise, it did not turn out to be how I expected it to be. I was surprised to see that this camera is even MADE IN CHINA not America.
Though displeased, I still went ahead to give it a try, I managed to set up the camera after much struggles. After the set up, I also discovered that the camera quality is nothing to write home about and the battery even runs down fast. All the promotional videos were actually false misleading. I regretted making the purchase and there was no way to get in touch with their customer support team because they were not responding.

The only positive reviews about this product are the ones given on their website. Sadly, they are not honest reviews. As a matter of fact, there are negative reviews from users of this product on Trustpilot. Some complained that the camera they ordered were not delivered to them while some were not satisfied with the product they got. Their email address is not even functional so getting a refund is impossible.
Not Endorsed by CNN, Forbes and others as claimed
The manufacturers of Spyfocus claims on their website that verified magazines like CNN, Forbes, FOX, Gizmodo and many others are their promoters. However, this is just a bogus claim used by the manufacturers as a marketing strategy to attract customers.
It is pricey
Getspyfocus.com is selling two of this camera for $24.37 and they even claim that they are selling it at a 50% discount. Whereas, they are actually drop shipping the product. It is sold being for $3 on Aliexpress. The margin between the two prices is way too high. Why spend so much buying this camera from them when there are other cheaper options out there.
Does Spy focus really work?
The answer is NO! Spyfocus camera is not what they portray it to be. The poor camera quality, high cost, short lasting battery life and other complains are enough prove that this camera is a sham and is not worth your money.
