For supplements like this Shilajit everyone responds differently and another’s experience with it may not be my own, but it does not negate the value of the product. 

I took a pill with water which was one of the ways the package recommended. I used the product daily as directed but I notice any positive changes and I try not to listen to a lot of the hype around the miraculous things it may or may not do. It didn’t seem to work for me.

  • It may also increases the uric acid in the body if consumed in very large quantities and can also prove to be fatal.

How To Use

It can be taken by dissolving in water or milk.

A person can dissolve a pea-sized portion of shilajit in liquid and drink it up to three times a day, depending on the instructions on the package.

It should be noted that pregnant or breastfeeding women and children shouldn’t take shilajit in any form. it is also best to avoid shilajit if you have concerns with testosterone.
