My Experience
They have this stipulated timeline of around 1-2 weeks max on placement of order before receiving. And all of their timelines are lies. It took me about a week to receive the impression kit. The product they sent to me doesn’t fit at all. I left the a couple of emails for some help and nothing back from them.
The customer service is appalling. Nobody responds to emails, nobody answers the customer service phone number and nobody calls back. I can not recommend this product, not for anyone. You can save yourself the stress and the cost as well.
Can You Chew With ResetSmile?
ResetSmile claims to be a great solution that looks natural, lets you chew food normally, requires no surgery, and requires no metal in your mouth. But it was difficult chewing with mine because it barely fit in.
As someone whose first it is with this product, there may be a period of adjustment as you get used to the new feeling in your mouth. It is wise to take a period of time sticking to soft foods and dishes that don’t require a lot of chewing and jaw work.
