I bought chairs from Oloriya. They were not delivered but I received some entertaining shipment tracking messages that stretched the process out to over 4 weeks but still with no chairs. I have sent many emails to their support, customer care emails with little to no responses. I have asked for a full refund several times and received this ridiculous reply yesterday.
“Dear customer,
We are so sorry to hear that your order has not been made to you yet.
After our confirmation with the shippers,we regret to be informed that your shipment might be lost in transit,so there is no further tracking information,we are so sorry for that.
In this case,we will arrange a refund of 50% to you as compensation,please let us know if it is acceptable to you.
So sorry for your inconvenience. ”
I obviously said no and I want a full refund. We will see and I will follow up, stay tuned.
