On April 10, 2023, I ordered two deck self-watering garden beds.
I emailed Kuraty’s on that same day asking when my order would be arriving.
As of today, April 24, 2023 I have not received any response, nor have I received my order.
I did receive a receipt, with my order number, name, address and amount paid to them.
I checked my bank account and they have the money. I am not sure how long I should wait before reporting it to my bank for fruad.
If anyone could give some input, I would appreciate it.
I placed an order on March the 28 for two garden above ground planter boxes and have not received my order. I did receive a confirmation when I placed this order. My bank flagged this company as a possible scam but I ok them the payment. What else can be done about them. I emailed them and today when I tried again the email returned to me as unable to deliver.
The exact same thing has happened to me! I ordered April 24. This is May 13th & I have not gotten my merchandise or a email stating it is delayed.
