On purchasing this power saver, I unboxed it quickly with high hopes. However, to my greatest surprise, it did not turn out to be exactly how the manufacturers claim it is. The quality is inferior just like Hero watt saver.

Though displeased, I still went ahead to give it a try, It was easy to set up though. However, I discovered that instead to the bills to decrease, it was increasing. All the promotional videos were actually false. I regretted making the purchase and there was no way to get in touch with their customer support team because they were not responding.
