I purchased a computer on 18/4/2023 which was 6 days ago and to date had not received any reply from them except an order # that cannot be tracked. I emailed to their customer support but mail cannot be delivered because it is already overload. I guess this shopping site is not trustworthy.

super scam. They will give you real Post Tracking no., then it will be delivered to a real person. Unfortunately it is not under the correct receiver’s name. For Dubai- the scam partner is in Ajman – named Mohammed Mostafa. He is the one receiving packages.
SCAMMER, they have local partner that is receiving the packages. All their emails are either blocked or full and cannot received new mails. I chatted thru their online portal, but no one replies. They have many accounts – delde.online, delde shop, delde tiktok

I have ordered 2 items from Delde Shop online, as yet neither of them have turned up
I ordered some merchandise from this company, they confirmed order, shipped product, provided tracking, and delivered to the wrong place. Now no one can help, their email message goes to Mail delivery failure. No refund no re-shipping and no merchandise. This obviously was a scam and a scam on Tik Tok.
I placed an order for heavily discounted Lego — supposedly the trader was selling up before retirement. The tracking number was for a package that has been delivered but not to me, it seems to have gone to an address in Northern Ireland whereas I am in England.
Like others reporting here, I have tried to contact them by email but one address has a full inbox and the other I simply cannot send to.
The worst of this is that my credit card payment failed twice before being successful so was my bank trying to stop me being scammed? I did not see and explicit message.

I am reading this with a heavy heart because u now see that i have been scammed. I ordered an item, i have been tracking it up to the time it reached in Botswana. As time goes on thenparcel diverted to a different destination and when i checked with our post ofgicebi was told the parcel is not mine vut bear s a different name. That person has already received the parcel. There are two more parcels which i was expecting from a certain BRRD. The same story as it diverted to a different destination also. Its unfortunate because i placed the order almost at the same time.
If i can atleast get my refund that will be better but i know its impossible. They are not reachable, it is said their address can not be reached.
Scam! If something is too good to be true, it usually is. I made a small order to test things out, intending to buy much more if it was legit. It isn’t. I tracked my parcel for a week or two until it said delivered, but the package never arrived. When you write to customer services they block you from or shut down the website. Found several similar complaints on YouTube. I can take the financial hit, but I still hope they choke on my $30.

I ordered from them May 28 from an ad on PCH. After ordering the site said I would receive a confirmation by email, but I never received it. I emailed them letting them May 18 and May 23 asking for my order status and still haven’t received any response or my order. I’m just disputing the charge with my bank due to the fact that I’m not getting any response from the company & have not received my order. With them issuing me a refund, they try to contact the company. I doubt if they will even get a response.

I received an SMS from my native Post with a parcel tracking number that they allegedly could not deliver it to the address and for re-delivery I have to pay money within 24 hours. I did not order parcels and called the post office to find out what the salt was. I got a clear answer from scammers. Good day everyone.
