Order over a month now still no shoes
The website mentioned Sketchers but then it’s switched to boklen. That’s a problem right there. You’re right as far as trying to get a refund. You have to ship back to China which costs more than the shies cust.

NO SHOES YET AND ITS BEEN OVER TWO WEEKS
Boklen is definitely a scam. Had to change my credit card number. Don’t be fooled. There are several other fake shoe companies advertising online and Amazon. Chinese all!
I ordered a pair of shoes from Boklen claiming it is a lightweight foot pain relief slip-on Shoes with 10% discount on August 11, 2023. To date September 3, 2023 no shoes have arrived. These kind of companies are ripoff to the customers. The government should punish these companies to preclude occurence.
Mike a Canadian ordered shoes in mid Aug /23 but no shoes as per mid Sept 23, $ taken out of account day after shoes ordered.
To add somebody tried a false Postal service scam at this end trying to get bank and personal info.

Saw a shoe that shows Skechers on the ad. I contacted Skechers directly because I liked the looks of the shoe and wanted to know some information about the shoe. I sent them a picture of the shoe along with what they claim and Skechers replied that this is not a shoe they make. Yes, I believe Boklen is a scam. I saw another company with the same ad so I am sure it is a scam also since Skechers disavows any knowledge of this shoe.
Received order within two weeks. Very POOR quality and INCORRECT size. No response from their aftersales email address ([email protected]) after requesting returns procedure. NO telephone number. . . . Ignored all email and FaceBook requests for 3 months. Got money back via VISA chargeback. AVOID this COMPANY like the plague.
I did actually receive the shoes I ordered but rubber soles only lasted 3 months before the getting holes. Bad quality not worth buying.
Almost a month and no shoes nor contact other than telling me they got paid. Reeks of a scam and I’m smarter now.
Ordered shoes for husband on 10/08/23. (Seen their as on FB). Shoes finally arrived on 10/31/23. He cannot wear the shoes as they too narrow, and very cheaply made. Been trying to figure out how to return shoes, but get no help from [email protected]! I just want a refund, so guess next step is to contact credit card company.
