I purchased 3 tops from them. It took them a long time and multiple emails to get them. I ordered on 3/16/23 and received them April 12, 2023. I tried them on and they were all too small so I sent an email on 4/13 asking to return them for a refund. I got a response on 4/16 asking which ones I wanted to return and immediately sent them a response that I needed to return all 3. This was their response “We are sorry that our clothes didn’t meet your expectation, we will refund you USD$15 as compensation, could you kindly keep the item(s)?” I paid $103.47 for the items so I responded that no $15 wasn’t enough. Then they offered $45 then $55. The last message I got was this
“I’m so sorry, the best we can offer is USD$55 and you can keep the item(s).
If you still want to return, you have to know that you need to pay for the return postage.
And our return address is in Dubai.
Cause the shipping fee is high, we suggest you not to do so.”
So I doubt they are in North Carolina. I contacted my credit card company and they are getting the charges removed.
