I just got taken for 80.00
I ordered something g from this company over a month ago and received nothing . So will now be perusing a refund through my bank . Artgles was the website .
I had placed on or on June 12th and still waiting I my order to arrive , it’s. July 23 today! Total scam for sure. It should never take this long to receive an order!!! Oh and when you go on the website you can’t find the same clothes you try to purchase, it’s all different and ugly clothes now.!Buyers beware!
I have ordered twice from artgles. Neither of the orders arrived.
In the first instance, the online tracking gave me regular updates of the progress of my package, indicating when it arrived in Australia. But then it indicated that the package had been delivered. At this point I queried (online); they offered a refund or to send the order again. I requested it be sent again.
I was prepared to accept that a small package could get lost in the international courier/postage system. Also, because there was what appeared to be a genuine response to my query, I still thought things were above board, so ordered something else. Again, the online tracking indicated the passage of my package from China to Australia, then “delivered” – but again, no package has ever been delivered.
Again I queried; this time they offered me a 60% refund.
Total payment for both orders was just under $60 USD.
Biggest scam ever. Order never showed up and despite multiple email complaints from me, and promises to refund my money, nothing at all has happened. Thank you Facebook for allowing them to appear on your site and sucker us in!
I am currently having problems with this company . Waiting delivery for 8 weeks . They state the items have been delivered and signed for. Totally incorrect the post or couriers do not operate at the time they state the items were delivered and signed for. Offered 60% refund. don’t want to give them any more details .I think they are shonkey.
This is PURE SCAM! Twice ordered, never arrived. All e-mails are answered by an AI robot. They promiss a refund of 60 % and ask to wait for logistic reasons: LIES! This whole set-up of a “shop” = pure theft on a large scale!
