What is Ancient Roots Olive Oil?

Ancient Roots Olive Oil is made with organic olives grown in rich volcanic soils, and overflowing with polyphenols which claims to support a healthy weight, radiant skin and hair, pain-free joints and a sharper mind.

Ancient Roots is made with traditional organic methods, perfected over centuries that has deep, rich, luxurious flavour – which pairs perfectly with almost anything.

Experience With Ancient Roots

I have only been using the oil for a couple of days now. The oil havs a lovely flavour and makes fantastic dressing.

It’s a multi-tasker in the kitchen. I use it to cook, saute, bake, roast, braise, in salad dressings & to drizzle over food as a finishing touch. The flavor & aroma is buttery/peppery. Sometimes,  I’ll take a tablespoon 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach for G.I conditions.

Does Ancient Roots Olive Oil Lighten The Skin?

Extra virgin olive oil has little to no effect on skin lightening. It does not reduce the melanin pigment or increase the exfoliation of dead skin cells.

The Food & Drug Administration approves new qualified health claims for consuming extra virgin olive oil with high levels of oleic acid to reduce coronary heart disease risk.

Pros: Benefits

It is used to prevent heart disease, help reduce inflammation, and lower cholesterol levels.

How To Use

Start at one TableSpoon per day, but feel free to have as much as you like as you continue.

Cons: Disadvantage

The excess consumption of olive oil may cause several side effects. It may cause acne, allergies, skin rashes, blackheads, and saturated- and trans-fat-related diseases. It may also cause diarrhea and inflammation in some people.

Conclusion

Because of its host of benefits, it’s a great way to start off your day. Not only that, but drinking olive oil on an empty stomach will help to coat and neutralize your stomach walls, and have a larger impact on your digestion and bowl movements that day.
