I placed an order for almost $50.00 for 8 outfits on April 2nd, 2023. I received a tracking number via an email and it was in Dutch. I had to use a translator app to read it. I followed the tracking, it seemed to update every other day. It was supposed to be delivered USPS and the tracking said it was delivered on Sunday 5/7. I searched my mailbox, around my front door, and by my garage and no package was delivered. Last I knew, USPS does not deliver on Sundays. I waited until Monday to see if it would be delivered, and still no package.
I purchased nearly $100 from them on April 1st. I also received a tracker number even went so far as to updating the tracker step by step and showing the time delivered. Though I have NOT received anything from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM
I ordered April 7th they gave me a tracking number and was told it would be delivered by may 13th so ill wait I ordered 2 separate orders of 38.00 each so hopefully I receive my order’s

I placed an order April 1st. After over 30 days I tracked the package and it said it was turned over to local carrier and delivered. I never received it. Sent an email to the email address and they advised they would either refund my purchase price or resend the order.
I opted to have them resend the order. They stated they did and after another 30 days or so, again it said the package was delivered and signed for. I contacted them again and asked who the carrier was that delivered the package and I asked to see the signature for whoever supposedly signed for the package. They told me that they are a reputable company and their shipper assured them the package was delivered and they recommended that I check with my neighbors to see if any of them received the package and to make sure I had given them the correct shipping address.
I again contacted them again and requested a refund. They stated that since this wasn’t their fault and they were out a lot of money, they could only refund 90% of my purchase price. I told them if that was the best the could do, it would be fine but I would be contacting the BBB, Attorney General, etc. to let everyone know that their shipping carrier is lousy, as well as their Customer Service.
I requested the refund at the beginning of September. Twice I have contacted them about the refund and they continue to ask me to be patient as they are experiencing a high volume of refunds. My last email to them advised that this is unacceptable and I need them to refund my money immediately. We’ll see what happens.
